An initial audit establishes the situation and the work required. We use relevant findings from earlier assessments and define any additional review.
Before starting, we establish:
- The question or change to address.
- Deliverables and acceptance criteria.
- Required information and participation.
- The person responsible for decisions and approvals.
- Stages, timing and limits of our involvement.
New requests are assessed separately, with changes to scope and timing agreed before additional work starts.
